Returns: We gladly accept returns on undamaged items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging (BLG Jewels box or pouch). Please note that personalized items, colored enameled pieces, letter pieces, and name-specific pieces are not eligible for return. Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Upon inspection by our Quality Assurance team, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within one week, minus a $20 delivery charge and a 35% recycling fee. Please remember that returned jewelry will not be resold; it will be recycled.
Exchanges: Due to the delicate nature and quality standards of our jewelry, we do not perform repairs or resizing. Instead, if you need a different size, please return the original piece and a new ring will be made to your specifications. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, and additional charges will apply for the new piece's production and shipping. For more details, please contact us directly.
