CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE?
Each BLG JEWELS design is painstakingly crafted by hand in our Istanbul studio. We kindly ask that you give us 4-6 business days (excluding weekends) before we dispatch your purchase because each item is handcrafted just for you. We might be able to satisfy your needs if you have a tight deadline or want expedited shipment.

We adore creating genuine pieces and special requests.

CAN I ENGRAVE OR PERSONALIZE MY JEWELRY?
The jewelry may be customized with our engagement capsule; on the product page, there is a "engrave" icon next to the "add to basket" button. Up to 10 characters, including numbers and punctuation, can be engraved. The most appropriate location for your inscription will be determined by our engravers. For orders requiring engraving, please allow an additional one business day.
CAN I INCLUDE A PERSONALIZED GIFT MESSAGE WITH MY PURCHASE?
Yes of course! You can let us know what you want written in the gift card during check out a the " Special Instructions to the Seller" box.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
After an order is placed, processing takes 1-2 business days. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days for US orders. Depending on your destination and desired method of paying
customs and taxes, shipping time frames for international purchases might vary. You can monitor your order through your delivery confirmation email as soon as it ships.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
On average, our collections take 4-6 days to be made, and then ships to you with overnight shipping (FedEx).
IS MY SHIPMENT SECURE AND INSURED?
FedEx is the leader in fine jewelry shipments around the world, and we ensure to insure your special parcel before it leaves the facility, so you can be worry free! Leave the unpleasant parts to us.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WHAT IS YOUR FINE JEWELRY EXCHANGE POLICY?
BLG JEWELS was founded with the intention that every customer would fall head over heels in love with their jewelry purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, BLG JEWELS offers an exchange-for-credit window of 7 days, commencing the day your item is delivered. Simply send us an email at support@blgjewels.com to request your free return shipping label if you decide your fine jewelry isn't for you. The item must be in brand-new condition and returned in its original packaging in order to be eligible for a refund. You can use your store credit on any other fine jewelry pieces that catches your eye after we've processed your return.
HOW DO I PREPARE A RETURN?
- Make sure you include all original documents in the package.
- Use our pre-paid return label to send your package. (DO NOT include additional BLG JEWELS products outside of the items listed in your return receipt.)
- Until orders can be processed and checked by our quality assurance team, BLG JEWELS cannot offer a credit on them. Our team will contact you if any more details are needed.
Exclusions: We're sorry, but engraving jewelry cannot be replaced at this time. Orders returned outside of our system or with personal labeling are not the responsibility of
BLG JEWELS.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?
Return Orders
A 30-day return period is offered by BLG JEWELS beginning on the day your item is delivered. We'll make returning your gold as simple as possible if you decide it's not for you.
Simply send an email to support@blgjewels.com to get your return shipping label. The item must be unworn and returned in its original packaging in order to be eligible for a refund. For items that are both in stock and manufactured to order, BLG JEWELS welcomes returns.
Our staff processes refunds in around 15-20 business days, and depending on your credit card, it can take an additional 2–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
Preparing your return
On our returns link, please provide the reason for your return in the Return Reason section.

- Use our pre-paid return label to send your package. (DO NOT include additional BLG JEWELS products outside of the items listed in your return receipt.)
Orders cannot be refunded by BLG JEWELRY until they are processed and examined by our quality assurance staff. If more information is required, a member of our staff will get in touch with you.
- After we receive your return, we'll reimburse your original payment method within 15 to 20 business days.
For purchases returned outside of our system or with personal labels, BLG JEWELS disclaims all liability.
Exchange policy
Our approach is straightforward. Within 30 days of receiving your order, you can exchange any qualifying gold by sending an email to support@blgjewels.com.
Exchanges from BLG JEWELS are only possible for the identical item in a different size or color.
Please be aware that after the return has been received, any made-to-order exchange products will begin. Please complete a thorough return and place a new order if you would like to upgrade your item. During exchanges, no extra products may be purchased at a discount. One exchange per order.
Exclusions
We accept returns for the majority of our products with the exception of the below items.
- Final Sale items: Any piece listed as final sale
- Engraved items.
- Custom or personalized orders
- Eternity Bands made to order

- Items Purchased During a Sales Event
During the return or exchange of a faulty or non-faulty product, the shipping charges incurred from delivery of the item from the customer to BLG JEWELS is covered by the customer and with regards to exchanges. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake.

No need for alarm! For every BLG JEWELS fine jewelry ring purchase, we provide one complimentary sizing up to one full size up or down. We will give you a pre-paid shipping label if you send us an email at support@blgjewels.com. We only provide one free resize, so double check your size before confirming.
QUALITY & RESPONSIBILITY & SUSTAINABILITY
WHAT KIND OF METAL DOES BLG JEWELS USE FOR MY FINE JEWELRIES?
Our fine jewelries are made using only solid 10-karat, 18-karat, and 14-karat gold that is responsibly sourced and sustainably manufactured. 18 karat gold represents 18/24 parts of pure gold, whereas 14 karat gold represents 14/24 parts of pure gold when measured in 24ths. The remaining portion is an alloy that has been added to improve the endurance of naturally soft metals, enabling us to provide a lifetime warranty on our items.
WHAT IS THE QUALITY OF YOUR STONES?
All of our white diamonds for fine jewelries are Near Colorless at G-H and rated VS1 ('eye-clean') or above for clarity. On the product page for each item, comprehensive details are provided including the particular cut, stone shape, and total carat weight. WHERE ARE BLG JEWELS DIAMONDS SOURCED?
BLG JEWELS obtains its diamonds from a network of reliable suppliers, and we give preference to those who have earned the Responsible Jewelry Council seal of approval. BLG JEWELS is dedicated to enhancing supply chain traceability, transparency and responsible sourcing.
DO BLG JEWELS PIECES CONTAIN ANY NICKEL?
Only our 10k, 14k and 18k White Gold options contain nickel, to give the metal its white luster and hardness. If you have an allergy to nickel and would like white metal, we recommend Platinum.
ARE YOUR DIAMONDS CONFLICT FREE?
Absolutely, they are. Only diamonds from nations that are full Kimberley Process participants are used by BLG JEWELS. We made the decision to only use diamonds (and, by extension, any other raw materials) that come from suppliers that are entirely committed to maintaining a conflict-free supply chain from the very beginning.
Beyond that, we go even farther by requiring that our suppliers uphold the highest standards of social, environmental, and human rights responsibilities.

Keep it golden for us. We provide a lifetime warranty on services to our 10k, 14k, and 18k fine jewelry and stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our gold.

These services include jewelry polishing and reshaping, ring size, gemstone setting, and stone tightening.

Note: Because it may damage the appearance of the band, some ring styles cannot be adjusted beyond a particular size tolerance. Please send an email to support@blgjewels.com to inquire about ring sizing options.
Warranty Eligibility and Instructions
All of our jewelry is handcrafted, so our natural stones and pearls may have very minor, individual variations in size and color. Being a soft metal, gold is anticipated to scratch with normal use. Each tiny difference adds personality to your piece and is not seen as a production flaw.
Any items that are mistreated, misused, or broken as a consequence of normal wear and tear are not covered by our 10k, 14k, or 18k gold warranty.
Products purchased from a third party seller or products modified by a third party will not be covered by the warranty. Our warranty does not apply to any products bought from our sample sale area. Our lifetime warranty does not apply to promotional items or gifts that come with purchases.
Please submit your request for a warranty claim if you have any problems with your gold at this location. We'll lead you through the steps of starting your request by giving your email address and images of the item. After reviewing your request, our staff will get in touch with you within 24 hours.
During the return of renovation, the shipping charges incurred from delivery of the item from the customer to BLG JEWELS is covered by the customer and with regards to exchanges.
PRICE POLICY
DO YOUR PRICES EVER CHANGE?
Our pricing may occasionally be impacted by constantly changing variables such as disruptions in the world's supply chains, inflation, and changes in the price of raw commodities like gold and diamonds. We keep an eye on manufacturing parameters and try our hardest to constantly provide you with high-quality goods at reasonable costs.
How can you sell pure gold products at the same prices that other stores sell plated products?
We don't have very expensive and flashy stores on the high street and their high costs. We never keep stock and we buy as much product as the order quantity. We do not buy our gold, diamonds and precious stones from a single source but from certified sources all over the world. We do not pay fees to intermediaries and brokers. We have minimized our production waste. We have cargo agreements at very reasonable prices. And we have experienced financial and accounting experts who are constantly doing these researches and agreements. We have an honest and transparent profitability policy. Why not sell gold plated or vermeil products?
Gold plated products by their very nature can cause deformation, discoloration and allergic reactions after a while. Plating is the process of immersing a product in a liquid containing various heavy chemicals and a small amount of gold, and then applying an electric current to hold these heavy chemicals and a small amount of gold to the product. The metals used for plating are usually silver, brass or iron. These heavy chemicals can be dangerous enough to threaten human health. Especially those who use coated products that come into contact with the inner skin, such as earrings or piercings, may experience problems such as irritation and redness of the skin. Color fading-changing occurs very quickly. It is unacceptable for a product that our customers pay so much money for to rapidly deform and threaten their health as per our quality policy.
That is why we do not produce gold plated or vermeil products!
How can I trust the authenticity of your products?
We buy products from all over the world. The products we buy are certified, sustainable and audited. We sell our products all over the world, from Hong Kong to New York. During these transactions, our products are constantly passing through the customs of countries. We have the obligation to notify these customs with documents-certificates showing what is inside the cargo package, which stone/diamond, size/color/carat, from which mine it is 14k-18k, detailed information. Expert gemologists and jewelers at the customs of the countries randomly open our packages and check whether they are the same product as the declared documents. And these experts know exactly where a mistake is most likely to occur. Only if they approve, our cargo packages can continue their journey. If there is a problem with just one of them, they stop the progress of all our cargo shipping packages and check them one by one. In a day, hundreds of our cargo packages are checked by different trained and experienced experts in dozens of countries' customs and secured by the customs of the countries. If your cargo is delayed 1-2 days later than usual, know that it has been checked and approved by the expert teams at the customs of your country on your behalf.
Why is each size a different price?
Let's explain with an example: Let's consider a ring. It has different sizes, starting from size 2 up to size 9. The weight of a size 9 ring is different from the weight of a size 2 ring. This weight difference can be up to 40% depending on the product. You like a ring on a shopping site and when you want to buy it, you notice that all sizes are the same price. Most likely, if you are buying a size 9, you are buying a ring with a fair calculated selling price. And if you're buying a ring in a smaller size, you can be sure that you're paying more than you should. Because when they make calculations, they always calculate according to the heaviest, i.e. maximized expenses.
In accordance with our fair price policy, the net weight of the ring you buy from us is calculated. So you only pay for the product you buy. You are not expected to pay anything extra.
