Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Upon inspection by our Quality Assurance team, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within one week, minus a $20 delivery charge and a 35% recycling fee. Please remember that returned jewelry will not be resold; it will be recycled.
Exchanges: Due to the delicate nature and quality standards of our jewelry, we do not perform repairs or resizing. Instead, if you need a different size, please return the original piece and a new ring will be made to your specifications.
